Andreas Follér is the President of the Play for Sustainability Foundation

Andreas has been working with sustainability issues in the corporate world for the past ten years, primarily as an advisor and co-founder of a CSR-consultancy firm. During his time as a consultant, Andreas’ work was mainly focused on the vehicle and pharmaceutical industries as well as the energy sector – where he created long-standing collaborations with companies like Volvo Cars, AstraZeneca and Vattenfall Energy. Today, Andreas is working to support leading actors within a variety of businesses to create opportunities for system change through design and innovation. He also works within the fashion, textile, telecom and the biotech industries through his engagement with the Forum for Design and Sustainable Enterprise. Andreas was involved in starting the Swedish ATTAC chapter during the early 2000′s and has since maintained his commitment to issues of global justice through volunteer work with organizations such as Plan Sverige, Clowns without Boarders, and Fair Trade Center.

Saadia Hussain is one of the founders of Retoy and the organization’s Pedagogical Director

Saadia is a schooled artist and art pedagogue. She teaches art at a junior highschool in Stockholm. She is also a culture and art pedagogue at the multicultural center in Fittja, and is currently working as the artistic director of a collective art project in Husby. Saadia is the director and founder of Konst och Sånt Stockholm where she initiates her own projects and works as a consultant on themes of art and creativity, which includes lecturing, leading workshops and curating exhibits. In 2009, Saadia completed her degree in design pedagogy at The University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. Her thesis project was an investigative work, researching children’s needs, response and thoughts of a places such as Retoy. A place where you can borrow, drop-off, play and learn through toys. Saadia won an award for her thorough investigation that also led to the development of Retoy.

Soledad Piñero Misa is the founder and Strategic Director of Retoy

Soledad is also the founder of the consultancy and competence enhancing firm Diferencia. Diferencia is a social company that aids the growth of organizations that want to prosper through sustainable leadership, intersectional collaboration and human rights. Soledad has led leadership training programs och given strategic development support to Botkyrka municipality, Swedbank, Fairtrade, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Volvo, the Teachers’ Association, Södertörn College, the Equality Ombudsman, Anna Lindh’s Memorial Fund, and the National Federation for Gay and Lesbian Rights to mention a few. Soledad has a unique competency that stems form having been active in the non-profit and public sectors, as well as the political and corporate spheres. Soledad has been appointed by the Swedish government to serve on the board of the Skansen Foundation, and was ranked number nine in Veckans Affärer’s list of “Sweden’s 101 Super Talents of 2008″. She has previously been a consultant at Enact Sustainable Strategies, the general secretary of The National Council of Swedish Youth Organizations, director of Youth against Racism, and the head of the board of the Red Cross Refugee Center.
